Yes. Stock is updated by every posted document — GRNs, material issues, transfers, adjustments and dispatches — so the position you see reflects the latest transactions, not a periodic sync.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. Warehouses are defined in the store module, stock is tracked per warehouse, and inter-warehouse transfer documents move material with a full trail.
How do reorder alerts work?
When an item's stock crosses its reorder level, an alert is raised. You can acknowledge it, resolve it, or create a purchase requisition directly from the alert to start replenishment immediately.
What inventory reports are included?
Stock summary, stock valuation, stock movement, stock aging, low stock and the item-wise stock ledger — all exportable to Excel and PDF.
