Sound familiar?
Challenges we see in distribution businesses
- Orders promised against stock that was already committed elsewhere
- Dispatches leaving without documentation, then disputed on delivery
- Fast movers stocking out while slow movers pile up
- No product-wise or customer-wise view of what actually sells
- Credit extended with no live view of outstanding balances

FAQ
Distribution questions, answered
How does allocation prevent over-committing stock?
When stock is allocated to a confirmed order it is reserved against that order, so availability checks for new orders see only what is genuinely free.
Can dispatches be tracked to delivery?
Delivery challans record gate-out when goods leave and can be marked delivered, with a dispatch summary showing the status of everything in transit.
Does the system help decide what to reorder?
Reorder levels per item raise alerts the moment stock crosses them, and each alert can create a purchase requisition directly — supported by aging and movement reports.
